What Drives Me
Growing up, I learned early on that the people you surround yourself with and the challenges you face shape you more than anything else, and that is my biggest motivator. Every day, I try to lead with purpose and passion, and I take the experiences I have gone through to become the best version of myself. Most of what drives me traces back to the people and challenges that have mattered most in my life, as they have shaped my values, changed how I approach difficult moments, and pushed me toward goals I am still working to reach. More than anything, I always want to keep learning and growing, and take on projects that truly mean something to me. Whether it's through leadership, personal experiences, or the relationships I have built throughout my life, every part of my journey has played a role in defining what uplifts me and the direction I'm headed next.
